Payments
A reservation/retainer fee is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the session. We accept all major credit cards, and bank transfers.
** The reservation/retainer fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward your selected package during the ordering appointment.**
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee.
No swaps or returns are allowed after images are delivered.
Pricing & Collection
Your reservation fee includes your appointment, studio time, hair and makeup (if applicable), access to the IWP client closet, and ordering collection credit.

Headshots
Ideal for actors, professionals, LinkedIn profiles, resumes, or company websites, our headshots capture confidence and professionalism. We’ll work with you to bring out your personality and style.

A 15-minute studio session.
Includes 2 high-resolution, professionally edited digital images.
Editing includes blemish removal, distraction removal, and color correction.
